The “off” amount and percentage simply signifies the calculated difference between the seller-provided price for the item elsewhere and the seller’s price on eBay. Try to open the sound settings speaker icon in the upper right corner of the screenand under the Input tab, choose a different connectorand see if any sound is detected.
